Cold therapy.

1. Place the head mask in the refrigerator-10 refrigerator for 1-2 hours and use immediately.

2. Remove the refrigerator cover and wipe off any moisture.

3. Put the lid on and keep it on for about 10-15 minutes. (Actual usage may vary)

*Note: When placing in the refrigerator, please place it in a sealed bag to avoid odors.

Heat treatment.

1. Remove to room temperature, cover flat and place on a clean plate in the microwave oven.

2. Microwave (off) and cover for 10 seconds. If more heat is needed, microwave for an additional 5 seconds

3. Put the lid on and keep it in place for about 10-15 minutes.

*Note: the temperature should not exceed 55°C/131f to avoid burning the skin, please adjust to a comfortable temperature before using and stop using if there is pain
